Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 package (4-seving size) Strawberry Sugar Free Jell-O
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 1/2 cups “Cool Whip Free” whipped topping (thawed)
- 1 pint strawberries sliced
Tools:
- 4 dessert dishes
- Large mixing bowl
- Refrigerator
Directions
Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large mixing bowl until completely dissolved (minimum 2 minutes). Add ice cubes and stir until completely dissolved. (If mixture is cold to the touch, but still has pieces of ice in it, fish out the remaining ice.) Fold in the whipped topping and strawberries until well mixed. Spoon into the dessert dishes. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. (Cover with plastic wrap if refrigerating overnight.)
Serving Suggestions:
- Garnish with additional whipped topping and sliced strawberries
